Child Safety Standards
LokFeed has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of grooming, solicitation, or sexualised content involving minors. This page describes the standards LokFeed publishes and enforces against such content and conduct, in accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy and applicable Indian law.
Eligibility and Age
LokFeed is intended exclusively for users aged eighteen (18) years and above. Users below that age are not permitted to register, access, or use the service. Date of birth is collected at signup and accounts identified as belonging to minors are removed.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on LokFeed and constitute immediate grounds for permanent account termination and reporting to law enforcement:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including photographs, videos, drawings, animations, and AI-generated imagery depicting minors in a sexual or sexually suggestive context.
- Content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors in any form.
- Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or any attempt to engage, coerce, or manipulate a minor into sexual activity, the sharing of sexual content, or off-platform contact for such purposes.
- Content that promotes, encourages, glorifies, or provides instructions for the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
- Use of LokFeed to traffic, advertise, or facilitate the trade of minors or CSAM.
Detection and Moderation
LokFeed relies on a combination of in-app reporting, manual review, and ongoing investment in automated detection to identify and remove prohibited content:
- Reports submitted by users through the in-app report or flag option, or via email, trigger review by LokFeed's moderation team. Confirmed violations are removed and the offending account is permanently banned.
- Reports involving suspected CSAE are escalated immediately, acted on within 24 hours of receipt, and the associated content and account data are preserved for cooperation with law enforcement.
- LokFeed is actively expanding its moderation capability, including automated image and video scanning at upload, hash-matching against known CSAM databases, and behavioural signals to detect grooming and solicitation. Additional safeguards will be rolled out as the platform grows.
How to Report
Anyone who encounters content or behaviour on LokFeed that violates these standards is urged to report it immediately. Two channels are available:
- In-app: use the report or flag option attached to the offending content or user. Reports submitted in-app are received by the moderation team and acted on as a priority.
- By email: send a description of the content, the username or URL, and any supporting screenshots to support@lokfeed.in with the subject line “Child safety report”. Reports can also be submitted anonymously.
Cooperation with Law Enforcement
LokFeed cooperates fully with Indian and international law enforcement agencies investigating CSAE. Confirmed CSAM and associated account data are reported to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and, where applicable, the US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). LokFeed complies with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, including all reporting and preservation obligations.
Designated Contacts
The designated grievance officer responsible for CSAE matters at LokFeed is Swati Pandey, reachable at support@lokfeed.in. Acknowledgement of receipt is sent within 24 hours and substantive action is taken within the timelines required by applicable law.

These standards are reviewed regularly and may be updated to reflect changes in law, threat patterns, or platform capability. The latest version is always published at this URL.
